This home in Watertown, CT required a roof replacement and Klaus Larsen Roofing gave it just that! To start this job we tore away one layer of existing roofing materials and disposed of them properly. Next, we inspected the roof deck and found 2 damaged sheets of plywood decking that we then replaced. We then installed two rows of Ice & Water Barrier to protect the home from inclement weather. A Synthetic Underlayment was also put in place to provide additional weather protection. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Dynasty Architectural Shingles in the Sedona colorway. To finish the job, we installed a ridge vent to provide attic ventilation, and we also replaced the vent pipe boot. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
Part of our process is ensuring the well-being of the rest of your home and not just the top layer. At Klaus Larsen, we pride ourselves on total customer satisfaction. We traveled to Torrington, CT to finish the roof of this home. A traditional Owens Corning Duration Onyx black shingle was used here. One of the reasons we love working with this product is its SureNail technology, not offered by other manufacturers. The three layers of reinforced, woven fabric makes for a roof with ultimate staying power. We know you'll love this shingle as much as we do.
This home had some water leakage issues, which we resolved with a full roof overhaul. The flashing, siding, chimney and of course the shingles were all replaced. Even the roof of the shed was renewed with the same materials to give this Prospect property a nice, cohesive appearance.
This Prospect, CT dwelling is an impressive feat of modern architecture. Unfortunately, the roof was falling into disrepair and needed a full replacement.
