Paul Jackson, production foreman, was here through most of the installation process, making sure everything was done to prevent any of the problems I had experienced from leakage with my existing 4 year old roof, which had been installed by another roofer. Paul's care was greatly appreciated.

It was refreshing to see so many of the installation crew working together on an ongoing basis - only stopping for lunch in their truck and seeming very happy in their work (some were even singing). Louise (spelling) stopped just after the crew had finished and walked with me around my property while checking to see that everything looked OK. I told him he should be proud of his crew for the work that they do with a sense of pride in their accomplishments. He was happy to be affiliated with Klaus Larsen Roofing.

I feel they did an excellent job cleaning up after installing my roof. With both my house and garage being done, I was only able to find 18 nails that were missed in cleanup, 4 of which were under the dumpster that was picked up on 12/4.
