The call representative was most pleasant. She listened attentively till I finished explaining what I thought was a kind of unique situation regarding one of my sun tubes or as some call it solar tube. The she quickly set up an appointment for one of their crew to come out to my home.

I selected Klaus Larsen after having read a review by Linda R in North Smithfield concerning her experience in trying to find someone who might repair her sun tube (solar tube) that went dark. Apparently, several other businesses were only interested in selling her a new one rather than fix the one she has. Tony Stafford came out to her home and fixed her tube saving her a lot of money. So instead of going through that run around I contacted Klaus Larsen, and I am so glad I did. A light bulb in my sun tube had blown out and I could not get access to it. My other sun tube was getting some debris in it from the outside. Tony Stafford called me before coming out to my home. We were able to discuss my concern and need. Tony was like no other crew person I ever spoke with. He was friendly, easy to speak to, very genuine. Like one of those rare moments when you speak to someone you never met before and yet it's like you have known them for years. It helped me to feel comfortable with my selection of Klaus Larsen. We all know that apprehension you can get when selecting an unfamiliar business and yet remembering not so good past experiences. When He came to my home, he was even more impressive. The job was more difficult because the builder had the original installer of the solar tube seal the cover closed rather than twist it closed. He was able to fix that and replace the light bulb. The second tube had not been installed properly by the original contractor either. Tony had to enlarge the opening around the bottom of the tube inside the bathroom so the bottom cover could twist to close rather than caulking it shut. Tony also checked out my attic to look for possible leaks and found none thankfully. He taped some portions of the tube which was allowing some debris to get in. He explained to me everything he was doing and what he discovered along the way. I couldn't have selected a better company with a more conscientious worker. Thank you for peace of mind.

He cleaned up pieces of caulking and plaster in both the kitchen and bathroom.
