We had an absolutely outstanding experience with the Brown Roofing team. We evaluated several vendors, which included on-site inspections and quotes. The main office was wonderful to work with. They scheduled an on-site inspection and quote with Chase, an extraordinary salesperson. Chase is a consummate professional. On-site he was head and shoulders above the competition. He personally walked the roof, inspected the attic, took drone footage, provided a detailed teach-in on the roofing installation process, answered questions objectively, and provided a very competitive quote. First we had the chimney re-pointed. Tony and his team were fantastic. They actually took the time and initiative to carefully explain what they were doing, and then did more than expected with some beautiful cap work. Next we had the full roof replacement and install. Connor and his team (10+ roofing experts) were equally fantastic. The impressive roofing work they did is best reflected by the high number of neighbors who stopped to watch (and ask for Brown Roofing contact info). It really was a roofing Cirque du Soleil, remarkable. Connor and team were safe, expert, efficient, and kept us informed of progress and noteworthy considerations with high communication. They also tarped the whole house to ensure the highest degree of protection, and kept our home and yard cleaner than it was before. So friendly and courteous. Also, Connor had a drone in the air to show us progress throughout. Amazingly, the entire roof replacement took only 1-1/2 days. We now have the best roof (strength and beauty) in the neighborhood. A few important notes: the dumpster vendor Darren was terrific (very gentle with our driveway), the materials delivery vendor Louis was terrific (sharp, very attentive to delivery detail), and we are fortunate to have one more step with Brown Roofing as they seal the chimney next week!
