They were able to answer questions that I had or direct me to someone who could.
Joe Sarb is amazing. He assessed my basement for problems. Showed me what his company had to offer me and then gave me his suggestions. Never did he try to push anything on me. The decision was all mine. After the job was complete he stopped back to look at the work and see if I was happy with the job.
Oscar and his crew were amazing. They were very professional in doing their job. From time to time I would have questions and Oscar would stop what he was doing and take the time to explain all of my questions.
Everything was clean and tidy when they left. The only suggestion I would have is to use to the product to cut down on dust when sweeping. It would cut down on airborne dust.
