Sales Process
Daniel Kelchen was great. He was very knowledgeable and communicated everything clearly. He answered all of our questions and found the best combination of products to fit our needs. Daniel went the extra mile and showed up the morning of our install to walk through the space with the install crew and verify everything would be addressed. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a salesman who is passionate about finding solutions and really helping homeowners.
Our Installation Crew
Our install crew was led by Jake Oetzmann. His team also included Ian and Nate. We were so impressed with this crew. They came, well informed, prepared, and ready to work hard. All of the guys were professional and friendly. They were not afraid to get dirty and worked without complaints. They even stayed until nearly 7 PM on a Friday night to complete our project. They made sure to address all our concerns and we were very impressed by the work they did.
The Cleanup Process
The crew left our space clean. They took all of the debris, concrete, packaging etc with them. We didn’t have to clean up anything install related.
