Our Overall Service
Cory, Jesus, David did a wonderful job. Cory answered all my questions and explained the work to me. He also resolved an issue with a wood supports on the wall where the water was coming it at. I'm very grateful for the work they did.
Call Representative
I was very pleased with the person I spoke to when setting up my appointment.
I did call back once and got some help regarding my Green Sky account, and again they were very helpful.
Sales Process
There were a few things I think he could have looked into better, that was were Cory came up with a better solution regarding a wood post. Plus I did not know they were putting a covering on the wall and he didn't put in the job details about drain ports for the furnace, even thought we had talked about it!
Our Installation Crew
The guys did a great job, it is hard work removing the old concrete and installing the new, kudos to them.
I also had gutter covers put on and they did a great job working around all my plants. thanks Cory, Jesus and David
The Cleanup Process
I love they put down floor protectors in the kitchen area by the back door so not to damage the tile. Again thank you.
Besides some dust (that is to be expected) they did a good job cleaning up.
