my husband made arrangements so I can't comment on that, all he mentioned was some disconnect between the office and the installation crew, but nothing major, and work was done in a timely manner. I had contact with the installation crew, and found them professional and friendly. we'll see how this holds up, and I know they have yet to come fill the holes (they said they'd be back in a two week time frame so not complaining, we just want to make sure that gets done), but they were very good. they let me watch how this is done, which was interesting. they did a very nice job, and we appreciated that. thx
