I was very impressed. Would still like to know whether the sheering will ever be fully corrected. Right now there is still a lip of the block sticking out, but I don't know if that goes away with the yearly tightening - back to pamphlet upon completion. Thanks!
Very pleased with the company. Did not want to do the anchor system despite how much other companies pressed for it. Instead I wanted to use I beams to secured the wall. Your team came out and stated from the get go that the I Beams were the correct way to go.
Call rep had great follow up and kept in touch on the project.
Straight to the point and was very blunt about what I needed - did not try to sell me on items. Thorough explanation of what was causing the issue and what the *correct* fix was. Very friendly as well.

The ability to use the I Beams as opposed to solely the anchor system. Also, you presented an reasonable price without trying to sell on unnecessary items.
