Some sand from the initial bid ended up not being used. This was taken care of by Hulio over the phone and a deduction was made on our bill, which suited us fine. I was assured by Eric that it wouldn't affect the warranty. I am very pleased with how quickly our question was taken care of.

You did work on one of our friend's houses in town, Shane & Becky Becker. It was such a good job, and we knew we needed the work done so it was a logical choice. The lifetime warranty was one of the main selling points, as we plan on finishing the basement.
