What made you choose our company:

I don't recall. I saw you listed online but something in your ad or on your website must have made me have confidence in the company. Also, your sales person called me back pretty quickly and was able to do a site visit and estimate pretty quickly. There was a little bit of miscommunication (I was told the entire job would be done on Monday--for which I took a day off from work)--and in fact the concrete floor was not going to be poured until the next day. I changed my schedule and got there first thing the next day (this is a second home and I live an hour away) since concrete was scheduled to arrive at 10:30 but it ended up not coming until 2pm. I know these things happen and I know the concrete supplier is not part of your company, but my time is also valuable and the supplier reflects a little badly on your company. I also know this was a small job but to me the customer it was a significant job. But all's well that end's well! The installation guy (Dave?) was excellent.
