All the services I received from everyone were excellent.
I spoke to Donna and Megan. They were both very friendly and helpful with all my concerns.
Eric Sciola was excellent with the presentation explaining everything that was to be done, took a lot of time helping me with my concerns and a situation arose before the installation and he took care of it the same day with his crew fixing my problem.
Raul, the project manager, was very nice explaining the work to me while it was being done, overseeng the crew making sure everything was being done right, and the crew worked constantly doing an excellent job.
The crew went around the area many times cleaning up everything that was on the ground, and when they left, Raul stayed and rechecked all the areas to make sure there was no nails or anything else left on the ground.

The presentation by Eric was the best. He took the time to explain all the work needed to be done in detail. He was very friendly and professional making it easy for me to ask any questions. Also compared to the other competition, J Smegal Contracting offered me the most work that needed to be done at the most reasonable price.
