As Sales Manager, Dave strives to create a team culture that promotes high level success in 3 equal parts. Serving customers needs, supporting his team's personal goals and passions, and generating a revenue stream that ensures the health of  Gutter Shutter by Lifestyle. This role involves developing strategies, training and mentoring sales team members, and collaborating with administrative, marketing, and production teams to drive growth and meet customer needs.  As a lifelong Michigander, family plays a major role in Dave’s life and that sentiment carries over into his leadership style.  In his free time, Dave follows his lifelong passion for writing, recording and performing music.
