We called once before for a basement evaluation and were pleased with the experience. We appreciated the &ldquo no pressure&rdquo experience from the beginning. While we considered a dehumidifier, it remained available to us even if we decided &ldquo last minute&rdquo (which we did) to purchase one. We were very pleased with the punctual arrival of each part of the team. They were respectful of our property and worked very efficiently.
