All staff were completely professional from beginning to the end. I appreciate their very hard work. Some very minor required changes during the install made the job look very slightly different than originally planned, but I completely agree that it was the best solution. It was clearly explained that the crew leader might have to make some changes once the work started, based on unknown conditions of my house.
Everything went as planned and scheduled. The wait time for an appointment to start work was minimal.
Zak was very knowledgeable about this type of work and the specific products that would be required for my situation. A sample of the products would have been helpful for me.
I was constantly updated on the progress during the install and was consulted on every step. All of the crew performed their individual tasks well. A trenching machine would have made burying the discharge line easier and quicker. All of the add-on products that were required were available on-site.
The area of my house here the work had to be performed was truly cleaner when the crew left, than it was before they arrived. Really outstanding!

After talking with 3 companies, with their explanations, solutions, and estimates for my basement leak, the plan from Thrasher made the most sense, seemed to be permanent, and had the most options. It was not the least or most expensive, but I truly think that it was the smartest use of funds that I could have made, with this potentially devastating problem of my house.
