From the salesmen, scheduling and installation crew, my experience with Thrasher was excellent! Honest, professional, dependable at all levels. I definitely would recommend their services!

The schedulers were good at finding a date that worked for us and called a couple times to see if they could do the work earlier than planned. It didn't work for our schedule but the fact they gave us the options was great.

Did walk around with me. Explained tge process. Was impressed with printed floorplan layout of where they would install equipment. Price was good for us.

The crew from Grand Island gets top marks! They were professional, diligent (never standing around), worked well together as a team which added to their efficiency and a great outcome for us! They were respectful of me and our home. Highly recommend!

They tented the garage area where they repaired the wall, put down runners to protect carpet and flooring inside, took off boots etc. Cleaned up great! Unfortunately we had to have a lot of concrete cut in the garage and the dust can't be perfectly contained.
