The lift and level service done on my back patio seemed like an opportunity to get an extra $1200 out of me. I was told there was a slope leaning towards my house which answered my concern of water pooling at base of house. I was sold on the solution of lift and leveling the concrete patio. I was never told during the consult that there is only a 50/50 chance the lift and level procedure would solve the issue. Had I known it was that risky, I wouldn’t have spent the extra $1200. Your salesman, Dan was great about the whole thing, offering to send someone back out…but that’s when he warned me of the 50/50 effectiveness and that they could try to get as much extra lift as possible but no guarantees. Still waiting on the next big rainfall to see if the second attempt solved the issue.
Dan was great- I’m frustrated about being mislead on the lift and level procedure done on my back patio. He was very understanding of my frustrations and said if the send attempt didn’t make it better Thrasher would look at refunding at least part of what I was charged. Waiting for a heavy rainfall to see if the second attempt worked.

What made you choose our company:
I was told Thrasher is the best in the business and even though they’re the most expensive, they back it with their quality. I’m very happy with the wall anchor work and the waterproofing that was done. The crew that did the work were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. My experience with the lift and leveling work that was done unfortunately has left me feeling like I was taken advantage of to the tune of $1200. I’m a single mother and a homeowner that considers $1200 to be a significant amount of money. It’s disappointing that I was not made aware that the lift and level was not a 100% solution to my issue. I would not have spent that money had I known the success rate was 50%. Your salesman Dan, was very nice and otherwise very thorough. He also was very understanding when I initially reached out to express my frustration with the results. He had them come back out to get as much more lift as possible. I'm still waiting on the next significant rainfall to see if the second round provided better results.
