Job review from Susan in Sioux City, IA 51103 on 07/21/22

Rick's..1)I must have misunderstood the policy on clean up, actually surprised, kind of a mess!! 2) Rick was on it to see that the need for the supports would not b needed in front of the garage, he consulted engineers to confirm & that saved us money,which was greatly appreciated. 3)informative on next steps w/explanation of what page they were on, also would show me the work. Accomativ about taking an established Bush out at corner of house and they ended up digging out 4 holes by hand. Also actually right on border of neighbors , very close quarters. Overall install crew was great, just the clean up was surprised. Shawn's review 1) He was not assigned to my crew, but was there after all was about done & I asked if the clean up was the norm. He didn't do any slamming of anyone, but said he would take care of it. He DOES care about customer report and the reputation of your company. Very willing to help and/or make something right. 3) N eight or had guestions directed at Shawn about water problems in basement & he got conner out for estimate. Overall Shawn was very conscious of company reputation and customer, and proud of who he works for, my impression. 4) Shawn also was responsible for the compression joint put in the driveway because of street push, a very needed addition in my case. As far as downspout/driveway crew they were fine except , again, clean up. In summary we would recommend Thrasher . Maybe my estimation of clean up holds too high a presentation. And the fact I have to clean also on it, lol! One more thing, paying each crew is a pain, took a bit to figure that out. Thanks for listening.
