Our Overall Service
There was a mixup with how big the job actually was, but I appreciated the company allowing us to stick with the lower estimate we'd agreed to, even though the work was more than estimated.
Call Representative
When I called them, they quickly helped me reschedule our install when the crew had some faulty equipment.
Sales Process
Our sales rep was very friendly and informative, and he helped us sort out things over the phone regarding a competing bid. However, according to the install crew, he miscalculated the size of the job. Mistakes happen so hopefully it's just a learning experience and not something he's punished for!

They were friendly and did good work! I appreciate all the time they took.
The Cleanup Process
There are still bits of foam on nearby plants and mulch, but I'm sure it's a messy process so I know not every little bit can be cleaned up. It'd be nice if there were a better way to contain it so the foam isn't spreading out into the environment as much as it is, but maybe it can't be helped at this point?
