She was patient and upbeat. She gave me time to call my husband to make sure there was an opening in his schedule so he could be here to help advise on details about part of the job.
Thrasher honored their prices from a summer time estimate. They worked with us to get the most from their visit, yet still be affordable.
I would give a higher rating if I could. When Justin and John came out they were honest about a piece of concrete that should be replaced instead of raised. They were then able to change part of our order so we can mark fixing the driveway off the list. They matched the concrete color expertly to minimize the fact that we needed to have work done. They were efficient and thorough. All on a Friday afternoon - These two are true professionals! If we need to call Thrasher again, we will be asking for Justin and John to do the work.
