Job review from Jeff And Lisa in Eagle Rock, MO 65641 on 04/18/23
Overall Rating:
4.2
out of 5
We would of liked the job done completely in the initial 5 days scheduled. Crew said they were finished in 2 with only 1/2 the piers lifted. Required us to push account manager to reschedule for all 16 piers on building lifted at same time. Lack of required equipment was the issue.
The Lifting was completed but took another month and a half to to have crew re-attempt lift. Weather and crew schedule conflict moved timeline.
There was a little disconnection between scheduling dates when project changed due to weather
Salesperson was knowledgeable in all company product lines provided but was unfamiliar with the compatibly of NexusPro and SealantPro to commercial epoxy floor finishes
Took a few phone calls with account manager to find final resolve to not use your product line.
The initial attempt to lift was done with the available equipment some in poor working condition. The generator stopped operating & the water in ditches had worker getting light electrical shocked from extension cords, sump pump worked poorly and 1 of 2 the a concrete chisels broke slowing down the job. Crew did the best they could knee deep slopping in the mud attempting to get it done.
The crew was very good at putting things back to original conditions. A 85 ft ditch - 4 ft deep usually makes a mess.
At the Corporate Level - Lupe is a excellent crew leader and is very knowledgeable in your product installation. The company should reward the hard work he does representing your company - Thanks
