Brett thoroughly explained what was needed to repair and resolve the cracks in my concrete and garage foundation and why along with the proposed pricing. I approached it from a good, better, best level of services to maximize my budget. Brett was very objective in his explanations and did not to attempt to oversell. My level of spend decision was not questioned.
