Our Overall Service
The crew was very good in how they performed the job. They took time to explain the equipment that was being used. Corrin was good at explaining what they were doing after he had me show him where the support was needed. Aaron and Fernando were not shy about working and almost looked like they enjoyed the job. Corrin was especially good when they lifted the floor, explaining why high to lift and why he did what he did. I would also like to give Abby 6 to 8 stars for her working with me on getting the job lined up with her asking the crew if they could make it. We texted after 8 P.M.

Sales Process
The footing was different than the presentation that had a 2 foot cubic hole dug and an aggregate fill where the new system has large flat bigfoot bases. Sales book not current.

They took everything, except for some scrap pieces that I asked them for.
