What made you choose our company:

There are many reasons why I chose Q1 versus others, many which I articulated on my Angie's List review. I did not mention others by name, however, I will tell you Jersey Shore Basement charged $99 for what they called a survey and review, not an estimate. The estimator merely stuck his head in the crawl space and said I had mold and that it would cost $1300 to clean the crawl space which he estimated at 1,070 sq ft; you all measured it at 653 sq ft. My entire first floor is only 944 sq ft and the crawl space does not span the entire first floor area. There is no mold growth in the crawl space according to other estimates we got to include your installation crew, and if we did have mold how can you give an estimate for how much it will cost to remove and treat if you have not inspected the whole crawl space area? The competition also gave me a handwritten estimate on a printed form and which was hard to read and discern, which altogether was another red flag. Thank you again to Mike J and Juan and his crew.
