We chose to go with Quality 1st Basement to replace our old basement interior drain system. After a long journey to identify how to properly implement their system in our home, it's finally installed. It took multiple attempts to resolves some of our drainage issues but Quality 1st listened to our concerns and suggestions and hopefully we can start planning on finishing our basement (fingers crossed). We will wait a few months just to make sure...

Jessica Long was very knowledgable of the products available. She worked with us thru the initial implementation and throughout the multiple processes. Thank you Jessica but I will keep in touch...lol

Juan Gonzales was the project manager and Luis Aguirre was the main foreman on the project. They did a tremendous job working with us on this year-long experience, thru multiple attempts trying to figure out what will work in our situation. We personally asked for Luis because he was understanding to our concerns and was very detailed and maticulous during the entire install. I would recommend assigning him to the project if anyone is going with Quality 1st. Thank you guys.
