Polite and responded very quickly to get back to me when I left a message.
Prompt,professional and very informative. We never felt pressured. He represented the company in the upmost professional way and made us feel like we would be in good hands and satisfied with the work that would be performed.
Arrived when they said they would not making me wait and become frustrated (rare today). I became very comfortable with them immediately. They are very skilled and did a great job.
Before they arrived this was one of my biggest concerns. We never had water in the basement so when we had the basement done we never thought of a pump, so now the fear was what will happen to our beautiful family room. Except for the wet cement along the base you would never think that they were here. I am very happy.
