What made you choose our company:

EVERY interaction that I had with Quality 1st was EXEMPLARY...EVERY. I called several locations and left messages, Quality 1st returned the call, set me up with an appointment, and when an earlier date and time became available two weeks early, they sent Kathleen out to provide an estimate. Kathleen was EXCELLENT - very informative and answered all of our questions. My husband had to dial in but he was very pleased as well. There was a potential part of the job - replacing the outside discharge pipe that was possibly the responsibility of my development. Kathleen kindly gave me an itemized bill that detailed the charges for that item so I could present it to my homeowners' association. They decided to go with their own contractor who charged much more than the Quality 1st estimate! My only issue was that given the widespread destruction that Hurricane Ida caused we had to wait almost 6 months from September 1st, 2021 to January 21 2022 to get our project done. They did have us on the move-up list but when they called on December 22nd my husband had recently been diagnosed with a break-through covid infection day prior so I had to keep the original appointment. The crew that came to my home was professional, prompt, and went above and beyond to limit the waste produced and not track dirt into my own. My husband and I were beyond pleased and communicated this when I spoke with the office to remit my remaining balance. If we ever decide that we need additional work, Quality 1st will be our only call. THANK YOU!
