Angela is very nice and set-up the apptmt for me a while back and also called to confirm the day before and assured we were the 1st call as she had done so when I set-up the apptmt. months back.

Angela is always very nice to speak with and while I call way in advance for an apptmt, easily set-up the apptmt for me for the day & time I requested.

Thomas is very nice, thorough and knowledgeable about the products needed & used and very clear on explaining all.

He advised the age of both the sump pump & battery, which I also knew was the case from our records since Quality 1st has been the only co. in for install and maintain & Thomas also went over the recommendations and need for replacement of both products at this time.

Thomas replaced our main sump pump & installed a M63 and replaced the battery for this pump too. Thomas also completed annual maintenance on our other sump pump and tested that one & its battery, as well as the new replacement once installed.

Thomas left both areas in the basement clean & dry before leaving.
