Spoke with Angela to set up my annual maintenance service call. Angela is a pleasure to speak with. She goes above and beyond to meet my scheduling expectations.

On 8/31/23 Randy was at my home to do the annual maintenance on my Quality 1st Triple Safe basement waterproofing system and dehumidifier. As I've come to expect, Randy did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough and professional. He fully tested the system when he was done and ensured it was working perfectly before he left. When he left, his work area was as clean as it was when he arrived. He answered any and all questions I had and made sure I was totally satisfied before he left my home.
