What made you choose our company:

I want to thank Faustino Sorto who did an excellent job with the installation. Although his title is Foreman, he really has a lot of great engineering knowledge. He was able to recommend to me what he thought was the main source of my problem. He was able to explain to me in great detail what he and his team were going to be doing, all the more impressive as English may not be his native language. Furthermore, Mr. Sorto was thinking about his customer/s (me) when he advised that the original plan may not be a solution to my problem, despite the fact that doing another installation later on could have brought in more revenue. By doing so, Mr.Sorto shows me that he is of high moral character and has very high business ethical standards that I know is symbolic of the Quality1st brand and that Quality1st expects from all their employees.
