Besides worrying about cost, I was "put off" for years worrying about the huge mess and cleanup it would cause.

Both concerns worked out very well to my great satisfaction.

As far a using me as a reference, I think it best that we wait till I have had a chance to observe the job in action via a major storm.

Our Overall Service
I was very pleased with the overall job -soup to nuts.No one pushed us to "buy" The sales pitch was knowledge grounded - based on what I had already read and underlined in your brochure.
Call Representative
Excellent. I had told the staff person I was terrified to make the call,and she was as patient as could be.
Our Office Staff
Staff was very patient with me when trying to pick a date, very polite, kind, and sympathetic to my concerns. I told her I was "terrified" to actually make an appointment with the intent to proceed!
Sales Process
Kenny was excellent. Again,patient with all my questions. I believe he came back 3 times (even after I had signed the contract) to answer any questions or re-explain some part of the procedure.
Our Installation Crew
Juan and the guys were terrific. I was amazed how quickly they worked, yet never seemed rushed. They had all the equipment (of course) but even everything ready to haul away (in buckets). I kept asking Juan if my house was still standing - I had to leave the house several times - and he assured me that a house had never fallen down on them yet! They were all very polite. In one instance, when I wanted something "retaped" because the suction was loosening the tape, the worker responded immediately and it was done.
The Cleanup Process
I am surprised that I can say this, but the clean up process was thorough and what I was left with was a basement and garage that looked like it was in very good shape. I was able to borrow a construction vacuum cleaner from a contractor who was helping restore shelving, and flooring that had to be removed. I think that isa good recommendation to homeowners to get rid of the fine cement dust that settles.

What made you choose our company:

My daughter and son-in-law had work done by your company several years ago. I talked to one of your office staff a few years ago and you offered to send a brochure which I kept all these years. When the time came for me to "do something" about the basement problem, I was not willing to use anyone else. The brochure was very impressive - my fear was that I would not be able to afford the job.
