Told us that about the deck being taken down that the equipment can reach however the day of the team needed more done and i feel that the person doing the job has better input on exactly what needs to be removed so there are no delays the day of the job. either the sales rep should be better informed or they should have the person working the job have written directions of what the sales person should give the client so there are no delays
