Don't really remember, I'm sure it was fine or I would remember. There was a long lag time between the call and the appointment with Ken.
Sales Process
Ken was very thorough during the estimation process. The only negative comment I have was that I wanted a last minute change and I sensed a little more pushback that I should have. I know it's a pain, but it should be an expected part of the business. I eventually did not make the change, but even with the change it would have been an expensive job.

The crew was incredibly efficient, hard-working and very pleasant.
