Pleasant and professional - as expected.
Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. He left me with written materials to reiterate the details we discussed while he was in my home. He took aerial photos of my roof with a drone and inspected my attic to be able to accurately estimate the work that was likely needed but not entirely visible without those inspections.
Beyond expectations - this 4 person team worked together like a well-oiled machine.
Clean up was thorough.

Initially contacted Klaus Larsen knowing that my roof was in need of repair and coincidentally saw a print ad in the Poughkeepsie Journal newspaper which caused me to call for an inspection and estimate. I was impressed with the way the KL System was presented to me and very pleased with the installation team, the process, and the results.
