Karine Rajotte

During her experience within the food industry, Karine had the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the job, starting with sales and then being promoted several times before becoming a director. This experience taught her to never stop learning and evolving. Her background has allowed her to develop a solid understanding of client needs, a valuable skill in her current role where she continues to apply these principles of commitment and excellence.

In her daily work, Karine performs thorough inspections of foundations, basements, and crawl spaces, identifying underlying issues and proposing customized solutions. She spends a lot of time meeting clients at their homes, carefully assessing their specific needs and preferences. She then proposes solutions aimed at enhancing the overall safety of the home. This role allows her to leverage her strong sales skills and technical knowledge, ensuring that each solution is tailored to the client's needs. She guides and educates clients on the importance of the maintenance for their home and health, which perfectly aligns with her passion for teaching and sharing.

Outside of work, Karine is passionate about sports such as running and climbing, and she loves long mountain hikes and camping. Painting and reading, especially on personal development and dramatic stories, also hold a significant place in her life.
