Jerry Evangelatos

Jerry began his career at Systèmes Sous-sol Québec as a System Design Specialist, a role that allowed him to fully utilize his expertise in residential renovation. With several years of experience as a general contractor, Jerry already had a solid understanding of building mechanics, which helped him quickly diagnose complex problems in basements, foundations, and other critical parts of homes. His ability to propose tailored and long-lasting solutions quickly made him a recognized expert within the company. As a specialist, he helped more than 1,500 homeowners resolve their issues, often related to water infiltration or failing foundations, while ensuring definitive results.

His efficiency, combined with his passion for helping clients, led to his promotion to Sales Director. In this role, Jerry no longer merely proposed individual solutions; he now played a key role in managing and developing the sales team. He shared his expertise with other team members, training them not only on the technical aspects of products and services but also on best sales practices and client communication. Jerry contributed to improving the team's performance, ensuring that each specialist could provide exceptional service while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Thanks to his leadership and proven organizational skills, Jerry was promoted to General Manager of Systèmes Sous-sol Québec. This new role encompasses broader responsibilities, allowing him to oversee all company operations. He now ensures the company’s growth while continuing to guarantee that the high standards of customer service and technical expertise are maintained.

In his free time, Jerry enjoys spending time with his family. He also coaches local baseball and soccer teams. Additionally, he loves having barbecues with his family and friends, as well as enjoying fine cuisine.
