Michel and his team were very polite, very respectful and their knowledge was impressive. When we had a minor issue, the service from the office and crew was perfect. They came very quickly and they resolved the issue at that moment. This was unexpectedly impressive.

Sales Process

Very happy with the service until I signed the contract, but after we attempted to contact him (Andrew Stewart) when we had an issue with the work was completed, couldn't get the touch with him and never returned our messages. We found that was a little unusual , because until that moment he was always available.

The Cleanup Process

The preparation for the work was excellent and after the work was completed, the cleanup process was very well also, left me only with minimal cleanup to do. Very happy with the cleanup process.

Firstly thank you for the great review, and for the amazing feedback you always gave us when you came over to our company, or by phone.

As discussed, I do apologize about the misunderstanding that happened with our representative. Actually, after discussing your issue in the meeting, we explained to our team to give clients the right expectation, and that is that they should explain clearly that once the work is scheduled, the service team is at their full disposal to handle any work that is done.

We actually have separate System designer and production teams for the purpose of being able to handle our client requests promptly and in the most professional way, thus giving you the best experience. Each department is much better at what they do. We also know our system designers are always on the road, and cannot take calls as they are inspecting basements and foundations most of the time.

I also heard your comments about the mistake that was done, and how we handled it and fixed the issue. I relayed your feedback to the team in order to learn from it. I know your basement had a very perticular issue that other companies could not solve as I knew, and I am glad we managed to solve it.
