What made you choose our company:

The professionalism of the two sales people I met with and the attention to detail of the installers and plumber. I would've scored you higher but I am not convinced that my sump pump was installed in the appropriate location. We've already had a few rainfalls and there is no water in the sump pit. According to what the sales person said, I was expecting there to be water under the slab. What happens if I need to relocate the sump pump? I wouldn't want this to be a useless installation. Thank you.
