Sales Process
Seems to me that science did not inform the design but rather gut based on experience of the salesman. It was a pleasant sales experience but at the end of the day not enough downspouts and runs too long requiring two reconstruction trips. Roof area x pitch x max rainfall = length of runs and number of downspouts...right?
