This lovely home in Glastonbury, CT, was 25 years old and had a long, sloped roof that needed a replacement. The homeowners chose Klaus Larsen Roofing for the job, and we used high-quality IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Summit Grey. These shingles are not only beautiful but are built for durability, adding both style and strength to the home. Before laying down the shingles, we installed a Sealoron XT Ice & Water seal for extra protection against leaks and water damage. We also put down a premium Velora One Roof Underlayment, which provides a second layer of defense, ensuring the roof is fully protected from the elements. With these upgrades, the house now has a fresh, modern look and is built to withstand whatever nature throws its way!

At this Dutch Colonial Revival home in Haddam, CT we completely replaced and restored this old 1930s roof. We installed new 1/2" CDX plywood decking over the existing structural framing to ensure sturdiness and protection for the home's interior. To protect this home from moisture and outside elements, we installed new Ice & Water from all the eaves, valleys, and around the chimneys, skylights, and roof/wall intersections. To give this home a new look we used Owens Corning Duration shingles in the color Estate Gray along with chimney flashing and vent pipe boot replacements. 

At this mid-1980s colonial-style home located in South Windsor, we completely stripped and replaced the entire roofing system. The existing roof was over 30 years old and was in desperate need of a new roof. Often with age, you can start to see shingles start crumbling and deteriorating over time. To start, we tore off the existing shingles and replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. To prevent outside moisture from entering the home, we installed Ice & Water Shield. For shingles, architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color Slatestone Gray. To top it off we replaced the old chimney flashing with new copper flashing.
