This single-family home in Middletown, CT was in need of a new roof and gutter guards. To start, we tore off 1 layer of existing roofing materials, and 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Duration Trudefinition Shingles in the color Onyx Black. In terms of Gutter Guards, we installed the MicroGuard Gutter Guards by Englert on all existing gutters. We finished by installing the Copper Cat Algae Terminator on the front roof, to prevent the growth of algae, moss, and mold on the roofing materials. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This house was in need of a roof replacement. We started by tearing off 2 layers of existing roofing materials including 30 sheets of plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. in order to protect against leaks. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. Lastly, we removed and replaced the flashing chimney with brand new lead flashing to further protect against leaking. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

In accordance with the new building code requirements, we taped all joints on the roof with self-adhering flashing tape. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier on the roof near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. We finished the job by removing and replacing the flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
