The red-sided house in Higganum had 2 layers or shingles on the main house, a flat roof section, and a shed that were all replaced on the same day.
This single family home in Higganum, CT was in need of a roof replacement. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of TriBuilt ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Shingles. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing vent pipes boot with brand new 3-inch Perma-Boots in the color black.

This roof in Windsor had not yet reached 20 years when it began leaking. Water was coming into the house from the edge of the roof. The old roof was replaced with Owens Corning Duration in the color Estate Gray!
At this ranch home located in Windsor, CT we completely tore off the existing single-tabbed shingles and replaced them with Owens Corning Duration shingles in the color Onyx Black. We removed and replaced any damaged plywood decking and installed new aluminum drip edge along the entire outside perimeter of the roof. To give the attic of this home great ventilation we put in new Ventsure Ridge Vents to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation. Ventilation is one of the most important parts of keeping a home moisture and mold free. in addition to the new roof, we also put in new 5" aluminum seamless gutters and downspouts to allow water to properly run off the roof.
