This single-family home in Columbia, Connecticut was in need of a roof and skylight replacement. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. In terms of skylights, we installed 2 new Velux S06 Skylights. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This unique cape-style home located in Columbia, CT was in need of a roof replacement as it was showing signs of aging and wear. We took on this project by first tearing off the first layer of existing roofing material. Upon inspection of the roof decking, we found 3 damaged plywood decking sheets and replaced them promptly. We then installed two rows of Ice & Water Barrier as well as a layer of Synthetic Underlayment to protect the home from the elements. For the shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Dual Black colorway. We finished this job by installing a new ridge vent to provide ventilation to the attic as well as replacing the flashing on the chimneys. This small cape home looks brand new thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

The owners here in Niantic wanted a new roof and needed a color that would go with their cedar siding. They chose the Owens Corning Duration Sand Dune which complements their home nicely. Sometimes it can be difficult to choose the right shingle color for your house which is why our Sales Consultants have large shingles samples of all 15 colors. So when you asks our Consultants ask them to show you their large samples so you can choose a great color for your home as well as get a necessary roof replacement

Jasper's Gas Station has long since been a staple in Lebanon, CT, until it shut off its pumps for good. Now that it is under new ownership, we kicked off its renovation from the top. This country petrol station got the full treatment, with re-applied plywood decking, and new fascia boards. We also installed one layer of True Def Duration Onyx Black shingles over three rows of Ice & Water shield. The new and improved Village Market & Gas is scheduled to open Summer 2016.

This beautiful home in Lebanon had an aging roof and the homeowners decided that they wanted to replace it.
