Came out and gave an estimate that was competitive (April 2019). Showed up and installed on time and on budget. Nearly a year later (March 2020) I emailed them on a weekend about a minor repair, Lawrence sent me a reply on SUNDAY!!? that they would be out to repair tomorrow. Monday 7 am got an email from Audrey that the repair crew could stop before 930am, they arrived 9 am, the issue was repaired BY 9:30 am. Pretty amazin'!

When I discovered my roof was leaking I didn't know a lot about roofing. This is a high ticket purchase for any homeowner. Klaus Larsen was the 3rd call I made. I wish I started with them first. They showed up and completed the entire job in two days which was really awesome. We were worried they wouldn't finish due to snow being in the forecast but they came and worked constantly and got the job done.
