This single family home in Farmington, CT was in need of a new roof. To start, we removed 2 layers of existing roofing materials and replaced 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building code requirements, we taped all roof deck joints with 4-inch flashing tape & installed 3 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys and gray shingles. Lastly, we removed and replaced the current chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

We also installed two new Velux Skylights with the Velux Deck Mounted Skylight System that comes with solar-powered shades, giving Haresha and his family a stunning, fresh natural light source with a sturdy roof that will last for decades to come.
