We replaced all of the damaged plywood decking and laid down Weatherlock G Ice & Water to prevent moisture from coming in. For this home, in particular, we put in a new Skylight to let natural light into the house.

This particular home had a lot of damaged plywood decking underneath the shingles which can lead to leaks and unsafe structural issues with the roof. We replaced 10 sheets of plywood decking. To provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation to this home we installed new attic vents as well as new lead chimney flashing to prevent leaks.
