Shortly after installation we received a record breaking rain of seven and a half inches in an evening. I had to keep going into my basement to check because I couldn't hear the sump pump and our basement was dry. If we hadn't had Woods Basement Systems out we probably would have had eight to ten inches of rain in our basement.

The annual maintenance was conducted on 24 July by Cory Schneider-Service Technician. Cory called on the way down to keep me informed of his arrival time which I greatly appreciated. Cory completed the annual maintenance on my system, explaining what he was accomplishing, why, and what I needed to keep watch on specifically in the mold and humidity areas.
