This customer was having a hard time when it would rain it.  The rain and mositure would always come in the left corner of the basement.  We installed our Everlast Wall Restoration system using a wall material that will resist mold growth on the bottom half of the basement walls.

Susan called with concerns of Radon in her home. After testing, she hired the MidAmerica Basement Systems team to install a Radon Mitigation System in her home.  

The homeowner of this crawl space in Canton wanted to resolve a myriad of issues this space faced. The team at MidAmerica Basement Systems had just the right solution. The team then encapsulated the space with the CleanSpace liner, providing the area added protection from mold/vapor/water and is also resistant to tears and punctures. To keep the crawl space dry from humidity, the experts installed the amazing SaniDry CX, which is a high capacity, high efficiency dehumidification system with air filtration in one unit. Now this is one dry, healthy and prepared crawl space!

The homeowner wanted to make an improvement on the old window system in the basement. The old window was made of metal and with time rusted. If the system rusts than the basic function of the window is compromised. The new Egress system are made of vinyl so no rusting. The window is also double paneled argon filled which will help to prevent air in or out of the basement, saving the homeowner money on their energy bills. The windows can actually be removed from inside (to allow for cleaning or allow for an easier exit if need be).
