The only reason I didn't chose 5 was due to the lack of communication from the front office. Dillon and his crew did tremendous work - very nice, professional, and courteous. However, they were scheduled to be here on Wed. January 17 and I called the office to make sure they were coming. I was told they were. When they had not showed up by 9:30, I called Dillon to find out where he was and when he expected to be there. He told me he was a day behind because his truck was not working on Monday and he had told the office this. No one from the office bothered to call us and let us know they wouldn't be there until Thursday. Thankfully Dillon and David showed up on Thursday and finished the job in one day. Again, they did a tremendous job and we are very pleased with the final product.

Troy Hamilton and Dan Garner did a very good job explaining the system, how it works, what was involved with the installation, warranty, pricing, etc.
Dillon, David, and the other guy that was here (didn't get his name) were the best. Very nice, courteous and professional. Did a good job cleaning up after the job was done.
Did an excellent job cleaning up and left hardly any trace of them being here.
