Overall I am very satisfied with the system, and the poeple who installed it. I liked your system and it is backed by nationwide service. George and his crew were very neat and polite. The office did a good job of answering questions and handling my calls. The packet I received in the mail was very informative and Howard was very helpful.

Bryan did a very good job and was professional. He was never pushy and really "sold" the product to me. I was kind of leery about internal waterproofing prior to meeting Bryan, but he made a believer out of me. I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because of the products. No other company has anything like it and the reputation of the company. They have been doing this work for awhile and have a very high rating. Mike's crew did a good job. They were polite, clean, and arrived on time.

Everything with the job was awesome! The guys did a really good job, really pleasant, they were very courteous. I don't know of anything that I would change. From the time the guy came and told me what they were going to do everything was just like they said. Got the work done quickly and didn't take their time! I would rate you at a 9!

Kali presented your options in a non-pressured way.  He was professional, knowledgeable & VERY courteous. Your crew prepared my house so well it almost looked like a hazmat crew. They did not - except for the jackhammer - interfere with my life.
